STUDIO POLICIES

► All tuition is due on the 1st of the month: There is a 10-day grace period, however any payments received after the 10th of the month will be charged a $20 late fee. Invoices will be handed out on the 25th of the month. If you do not receive your invoice please let us know right away so we can get one to you.

► Make-up Classes: Absences are understandable and allowed, however your full tuition is still due on the 1st of the month. Any missed classes can be made up in another class within 30 days of the missed class.

► Monthly Tuition: fees are based on months containing 4 weeks. There are some months throughout the year that contain 5 weeks. In the event your student has an extra class during these months, this class will be given at no extra charge.

► Holiday Policy: Triple Threat Studios will be closed for certain holidays. If your student's classes are effected due these Holiday observances, and only 3 of these classes are held during the month, you will be allowed to make up the missed classes within 30 days.

**If you are planning to take a leave of absence for an extended length of time due to vacation or something else, please notify the front desk as soon as possible by filling out the Leave of Absence Form, with a signature of approval from a Director. This is necessary for us to be able to make tuition adjustments. If we are not notified in advance, you will be charged the full tuition amount due on the 1st of the month and will be allowed to make up the missed classes within 30 days.

► 30-Day-Drop-Policy: If you are planning to drop one or more of the classes you are registered in, you must give a 30-day notice to the front desk, there is a registration Update Form that must be filled out and signed by a Director. If we are not notified in advance, you will be charged your full tuition.

► Pay-By-Classes: Students not registered for monthly attendance can take individual classes. The cost for these classes is $13.00 for a 1 hour class and $14.00 for a 1 1/2 hour class.

► Class Punch Cards: Must be purchased before the classes are taken. If the card has not been purchased prior to the classes being taken, you will be charged the full price for a Pay-By-Class which is $13.00 for a 1 hour class and $14.00 for a 1 1/2 hour class.

► Mid-Month Registration: When a new student registers and begins classes in the middle of the month they will not be charged the full months tuition. The remainder of the classes during this first month will be considered Pay-By-Classes.

► Dress Code: Please check the dress code posted in the Lobby for appropriate attire for all classes. The dress code will be enforced.
