MEET OUR STAFF 
CRYSTAL MCLAUGHLIN, DIRECTOR
Crystal has been teaching dance for over 17 years, specializing in the training of children.  Her choreography has been proven with nationally award winning teams. Crystal enjoys not only teaching the foundations and technique of dance, but also instilling a genuine love for the artform to her students.  
 
DANIELLE HOWARD-MCCLAIN, ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Danielle is currently a member of the Las Vegas Contemporary Dance Theatre where she has been able to dance works choreographed by Bernard Gaddis, Elisa Monte, Debra Lacey, Kevin Gibbs, as well as Judith Jameson. She has also had opportunities to perform in other local events with acclaimed choreographers Stephan Reynolds and Tara Foy with cast members from various Cirque Du Soleil and other shows around Las Vegas. She has won many titles and national awards for her dancing and choreography. She desires to inspire the young artists to continue their training and discover their true passion and artistry deep within. Maybe they too will become choreographers one day.
 
JAMIE MCGINNIS, EVENT COORDINATOR
As a member of Actor's Equity, Jamie has worked professionally as a stage manager for many Broadway style musicals. She is privileged to be a Director and Designer for the Drama Department at the International Church of Las Vegas. There she has staged numerous large scale productions. As a director of Triple Threat Studios, she strives to pass on her passion for the arts to every student.
  
 
KELLI HOWARD
Kelli has graduated from University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana with a Bachelor's of Science in Stage Management. She has had the opportunity of managing several shows including,  "Grand Hotel", "Dark of the Moon", and "The Front Page", to name a few. During the summer of 2009, she had the chance to stage manage and produce an original show, "Lincoln: Upon the Altar of Freedom". She is now currently living and working in Chicago, Illinois.
TRINITY CHAMPOUX
Trinity has been dancing since the age of 12. She is currently under Crystal McLaughlin’s wing, student teaching and learning the creative techniques that win over young children’s hearts. She is very excited to be part of the Triple Threat Studios teaching staff and cannot wait until she can teach her own classes in the future!!
MATTHEW GUERRERO
Matthew has been dancing Hip-Hop for 12 years now, 7 of those years professionally. When he first started dancing, his main focus was B-Boying or Break Dancing. He didn’t start getting into choreography until after High School, during his college years. There he learned other forms of dance like Jazz, Modern, Tap, and Ballroom, but always stayed true to his main discipline, Hip-Hop. During the years he trained under numerous instructors, like SF Hip Hop Dancefest producer and director Micaya, So You Think You Can Dance season 1 contestants Allan Frias, Greg Chapkis, and Jonnis Tannis, and LA’s well known choreographers like, Marty Kudelka, Brian Greene, and Shaun Evaristo, just to name a few…Matt is excited to be a part of the Triple Threat Dance studio faculty and hopes to instill in the children his view and take on Hip-Hop Dance.
JORDAN PRODOMIDES
Jordan has been dancing for over 17 years. She has received many awards for her dancing in competitions and other events. She has performed in numerous ballets including Cinderella, in which she played the principal role. She is thrilled to now be a part of the Triple Threat Studios Teaching Staff.
 
MARIELYNN VARCHULIK
MarieLynn has been teaching dance for many years. She has owned and operated successful dance studios, and has also performed world-wide as a professional dancer. For the past 10 years, she has been a National Director of Dance USA. She has a true respect for the art of dance and honestly cares about all of her dancers. Many of her students have gone on to own their own studios and dance professionally.
CHERRY ALLEN, OFFICE STAFF
Cherry, a dedicated dance mom, who enjoys helping with office upkeep. She loves all of the dancers as her own children! 
VICKI COLOMBO, OFFICE STAFF
Vicki is currently a student at Las Vegas Academy. She is planning to graduate in 2010 and continue onto college in the Performing Arts.
KATHY SPECTOR, OFFICE MANAGER
Kathy has helped her husband run their own painting business for many years. She is very excited to be a part of the Triple Threat Staff, and keep our books and office running smoothly. She is a huge helping hand to the administrative side to our dance studio!!
